The Space:

Morning light filters through the large windows, casting a warm glow over the wood‑floored living area as the city awakens. You hear the gentle hum of Austin outside while the private entrance keeps the space feeling secluded. After a day of exploring East Riverside, the quiet patio invites you to unwind under the open sky.



Sleeping arrangements

Four private bedrooms accommodate up to eleven guests. Three rooms each hold a queen bed with fresh linens, wardrobes and bedside surfaces. The fourth bedroom offers a twin bed and doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair behind a door. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a queen air mattress stored in the laundry area provide extra flexibility for larger groups.



Living spaces

The living room centers on a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen sofa sleeper, with additional seating and a flat‑screen Smart TV with cable. An open‑concept layout keeps conversation flowing between the indoor area and the private patio, where a BBQ grill and outdoor dining set await.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen features generous counter space, all the basics for everyday meals, and a breakfast nook with seating for four. It’s easy to brew coffee in the morning or prepare a family dinner before gathering on the patio.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio for fresh air, or enjoy the shared outdoor pool and shared hot hot tub, available year‑round during posted hours. A nearby shared gym offers cardio machines, free weights and a yoga mat. Children will appreciate the playground and open grassy areas.



Work & fitness

High‑speed Wifi supports streaming and remote work, while the dedicated workspace lets you stay productive. On‑site exercise equipment provides options for a quick workout without leaving the property.

Nestled in East Riverside, the apartment blends a peaceful residential feel with easy access to downtown Austin, the airport, Zilker Park, live‑music venues, restaurants and museums. A short drive or rideshare puts the city’s attractions within reach while you return each night to a quieter setting.



Guest access & policies

You enjoy a private entrance, free parking, self check‑in with a smart lock and a single‑level layout with no stairs. Exterior security cameras and a noise‑monitoring device help maintain a safe environment. The home is pet‑friendly and welcomes long‑term stays. Please note the host is not responsible for third‑party amenities such as the pool and gym and cannot offer refunds if they close for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
