Featuring fully custom interior with five premium beds in an up and coming Montopolis neighborhood. Perfect for people who want to explore Austin’s hip East side (5 miles), downtown or South Austin and conveniently stay no more than 3.5 miles from the airport. *Pet friendly with huge backyard: Allowing up to 3 pets for an additional $25 one-time fee.

Infractions of House Rules (i.e. unauthorized parties/ large gatherings, smoking in the home, etc.) are subject to a minimum fee of $150.
*Early check-in available upon request for $25.

Host was great and communication was excellent. However, the neighborhood was not what we expected. Across the street was a nice car that had been totaled while it was parked. It apparently has been abandoned. Street felt sketchy and we wouldn't want to go out in the evening. Given the question about the neighborhood, I felt we overpaid for the property.

Caesar’s home exudes a warm and inviting ambiance. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. Cesar was attentive to our needs and made sure our stay was great. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was convenient, as it was close to the places I visited. I would definitely stay again.

Great House

House was very clean and nice. Plenty of room and beds. The location was great. Easy check-in process. Very close to the airport and the new music venue that is called The Concourse Project. Overall a great experience. Would stay there again 100%!
