This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining and living areas, and convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Everything is on one level—no stairs!

Outdoor Space: Private Courtyard

Enjoy the ease of a 1-car carport and a central location near St. Mary’s Hospital, shopping, parks, and just minutes from downtown and Colorado Mesa University. An easy drive to Wine Country in Palisade or biking in Fruita (Fruita is one of many great biking areas around the area)

Perfect for business or leisure, this comfortable, well-appointed space has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Other things to note:

Property is located near a busy road (1st St) and you may hear traffic during your stay (most likely in bedroom or courtyard). Please consider this if you are a light sleeper. Your comfort is important to us!

Also, please note this property has an evaporative cooler and not central air for use in the warmer months. Evaporative coolers will only reduce the temperature by 20-25 Degrees. For the evaporative cooler to work efficiently some of the windows need to be cracked.

My husband and I are from Colorado. We were both born in the Denver area. We met each other in Grand Junction. We love what the western slope has to offer. Hiking, biking, skiing close by, along with local wineries and peaches.
We love to travel. And having a nice place that we can call our home base when traveling is important to us. So, we have tried to make our little condo a comfortable place to stay. We hope you enjoy it!
