Perfect
We have a large family and finding accommodations for all of us is always a challenge. When I stumbled upon this lodge, I immediately fell in love with the idea of “40 acres on a river”. BUT, this property is so much more. Pam and Steve are such warm and inviting hosts; we thoroughly enjoyed the stories and daily conversations. The views from the lodge are bar-none. The weather is incredible. The location is perfect. We were literally a stone’s throw from the rich Green River and we ate fresh trout every night! I truly feel like this is a place we will return to. Pam and Steve are forever in our hearts and Wyoming has become our favorite place to be because of this stay, this beautiful lodge and it’s kind and friendly hosts.

Beautiful Cabin in an Amazing Location!
My two sisters and I planned an ultimate Western getaway to Wyoming with Cora being our first stop. From the moment we arrived, Pam, Steve & their adorable dog, Sofee, could not have been more welcoming! The cabin itself was quite cozy, clean and comfortable. We loved grilling & enjoying happy hour on the patio while watching the sun go down. The stars from over 7,000 ft high are some of the most beautiful we've seen! The property is so incredibly beautiful with views of the Wind River Mountains and a short walk down to Green River...where we floated, tanned and had the best time enjoying. Pam & Steve are by far the kindest hosts we have worked with while staying at a rental home....they had the best stories and suggestions for where to eat & shop in the area! We look forward to one day staying here again...it was the perfect summer getaway!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pam and Steve's place. I have three kids (17, 14, and 9) and we all had a great time. Pam and Steve are the nicest and friendliest hosts. The cabin was perfect for our family. We grilled each night and enjoyed the beautiful view every evening. We visited the surrounding lakes and took a half day trail ride through Kendall Valley Lodge (best trail ride I've ever been on), and fished the lakes and rivers. We adored their sweet dog Sofee and overall had a great time. There are lots of mosquitos, so bring bug spray. Highly recommend!
This is an amazing property on the upper Green River outside of Pinedale. For around the price of a motel room in town you can stay right on the Green River and enjoy the beauty of the Wind River Range up close. Pam and Steve are great people and are so welcoming and helpful.
Great out of the way cabin. 4 min from the entrance to the east part of the bridger-teton forest. There are dozens of ponds, lakes and rivers to fish and hike at all within a few minutes drive. There are only 2 places to eat near by and it is out of the way so bring food before arriving. But there is a full kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, etc). An upstairs bunk for kids and a wood furnace that keeps the place comfy. The owners are very helpful with things to do in the area. There is a TV and wifi at the cabin, but most of the area has no internet and limited cell. This place is really perfect for getting away.

Gorgeous scenery, Nicest people ever...
The scenery is amazing at the "cabin" - which is a structure that has two units, with a garage in the middle. The owners live on site in a beautiful home about a hundred yards away, and they were so nice and friendly. We knew going in that they lived onsite, so we were prepared for that, but for those who don't like that, you should know it up front. They are on a working ranch, and are very actively out and about, so you'll run into someone pretty often, which was okay with us. They have a sweet dog, Sophie, who kept us company on several fishing excursions, and loved to play.
The "cabin" is comfy - we only had a couple of minor inconveniences. One we knew about going in, that there was no double/queen or king sized bed, which is a little odd. We solved this by placing two mattresses on the floor in front of the fireplace side by side. It worked okay, but the mattresses are VERY firm, and by the end of our short stay, we were incredibly sore. The other which was really just an inconvenience, is that there was limited storage. There was no dressers or drawers of any sort, so you lived out of a suitcase. There were tons of hooks to hang things on, which were handy. Everything was in working order, and the unit was very clean, had really cold and really hot water. The owners provided tons of helpful information on where to eat, what to sight see, and since we were there land hunting, even who to talk with regarding that. The unit is within walking distance to the Green River, and we spent several of our days fly fishing, with an easy walk back for lunch or a break. Overall, a very nice visit and very relaxing. Thank you for sharing your cabin.
