Only 25 minutes to downtown Pinedale, you’ll find “all the civilization you need” local shops, dining, and small-town charm before heading back to your wide-open country haven under endless Western skies.
NO PETS-only horses (no service animals as the owner is anaphylactic allergic to pets)
The Space
This spacious and cozy 1 bedroom, 2 bath cottage offers all the comforts of home and plenty of room to relax after a day on the trails, slopes, or saddle. Total Sq ft is 1380.

Bedroom: Tempur-Pedic California King Bed plus a twin trundle (can convert to a full)
Living Room: Queen Murphy Bed for extra guests
Two Bathrooms: One includes a soaking bathtub — perfect after a long day outdoors or select a shower. The second bath is a toilet and sink only.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, pressure cooker, pots, pans, grill everything you need to cook up a hearty meal
Grill and fire pit; fires in designated areas only.
Horse & Snowmobile Friendly
Bring your adventure with you!
Horse enthusiasts welcome up to 4 horses for an additional fee. There’s plenty of open space for grazing and relaxing after a trail ride.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the heat on but turn the pellet stove off. Clean sweep for excess debris. Make sure garage door remains shut.
Put key in lock box. Make sure the horse gates are closed at all times and do not migle your horses with resident horses.
Place sheets and towels in wash but do not run.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets at all for any reason are aloud. Horses you must contact the host first. Not even service animals as it poses a health risk to the owners.
