The pool heat pump was replaced 2 days after checked in. The alarm on the door going out to hot tub went off before we could get out to get in it. We were not informed that we had to hold down the bypass button the entire time we walked through that door. My granddaughter was scared to go down stairs the rest of our stay. The floors were not mopped well. We all had black socks and feet from the floors.

We received check in information properly, but didn’t receive codes for other doors (pool and hot tub). Were also not notified about alarm on door leading out to hot tub. Kitchen not well appointed. Dishwasher did not work.

We had a few hiccups when we checked in. We had trouble with the front door locking when we left and it took a while for maintenance to come fix it for us. However, they did take care of it. The other issue was the alarm on the door of the balcony with the hot tub. It would sound the alarm when you opened the door and wouldn’t shut off. But they fixed it by disabling it for us. Lastly we had to request a Roku remote for the living room tv. Otherwise, the cabin was amazing. The pool was so nice and the hot tub was hot! The beds were so comfortable and we loved that the bedrooms were spaced apart. The upstairs area where the bunk beds were was very nice for us with the kids. It was our whole area to go. Highly recommend this high end cabin and would stay again!

The size and number of BRs and BAs was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool which was an added plus.
