About this property

Spacious and Elegant 5BR Home Near EastChase Mall!

This chic home with Southern flair will be the perfect escape from home! It sleeps 10-14 people and is equipped with a security system & outdoor surveillance (doorbell camera on front door, patio and backdoor). The living & dining room let in the most beautiful natural light you can imagine and the back patio is a tranquil sitting area to read, relax or chat. There are 5 bedrooms (one king, 3 queens, 2 full and 2 twin beds) that each have their own closets (towels and wash clothes are available as well). There are 3 full and 1 half bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet dining experience and includes a microwave, stove, oven and a coffee maker. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside of the home. There is an outdoor grill for your leisure, but we ask that you clean it after use.


Lastly, we would love to mention our proximity to the Shoppes at Eastchase. Eastchase offers dining and shopping venues for all. There is a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM for all reservations. Please
check the calendar for accurate availability updates and feel free to message us with any questions and we will do our best to reply within 24- 48 hrs.

Our group really enjoyed our stay at the Brook at Eastchase. The house was very clean and spacious and in a great location (easy to get to). There were plenty of beds, and they were extremely comfortable. There were snacks waiting for us, which was a nice touch. All amenities were in the house (pots, towels, washer, dryer, etc.), making for a relaxing getaway. We look forward to staying at this house in the (near) future.

Communication with the host was outstanding, Jeremy was very kind, courteous and kept me updated. The property was Beautiful and very comfortable. We only had one hiccup with the trash collection and had to take our trash away from the property due to the can being full. We understood this was due to the holiday schedule but it still caused an inconvenience as far as disposing of our trash. We appreciate you opening up your Lovely home for us to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday together. May God continue to Bless you in all your endeavors.
