Hi Carrie, We were surprised by your review, as the issues described were never reported to us during your stay. We responded promptly to every concern you raised and were actively messaging with you on your final evening, yet you never mentioned an AC problem or temperatures reaching 87 degrees. Had you notified us of an AC issue, we would have immediately taken steps to address it. We take guest concerns seriously and would have appreciated the opportunity to address any substantial problem while you were staying at the property.
