This memorable house in desirable Lake Shores neighborhood is the perfect home base for your trip to Breckenridge.
The house boasts 2 cozy bedrooms in the main house & an additional 3rd bedroom with bathroom in separate mother-in-laws quarter perfect for privacy.
The main house has 2 queen beds plus 4 twin beds in the loft. Each bedroom has a full bath. The mother-in-laws quarters has another queen bed and full bath. There is a tv in each bedroom.
The two story dock is in deep water so fishing off the dock is available even if other docks are on dry ground. The dock has two stories, a trapeze swing on the second story, night fishing lights, and a boat slip. A tv is on the dock to watch your favorite football games while you fish!
This adorable property is perfect for families or groups of friends. The home is on a large lot with fenced backyard with outdoor fire pit and stunning sunset views over the water.

We would definitely stay here again! We comfortably slept 8 people, 4 kids (17, 15, 11, -and 9 year olds) and 4 adults! One of the queen bedrooms and a bathroom are in a separate house connected by covered patio. Plenty of outdoor parking, great laundry room and plenty of living and dining space for us! A bonus was the dock! We had a blast using the rope swing and hanging out on the dock and watching a beautiful sunrise and sunset!
