Great location and view. Condo is comfortable and easy to relax in. Easy to access beach or enjoy the ocean from the comfortable balcony. Great communication from host too.

The beach view was perfect from the balcony! Only negative was the desk could not answer questions or provide help stating this wasn’t one of “their units”; otherwise Sundestin did not disappoint.

The view was perfect. Everything else was bad in my opinions. I felt like we were staying in a very expensive motel. The place was dirty and you are expected to wash your own towels in the washer down the hall. Needs some serious updates. We were disappointed.

Condo view was nice! Condo itself was clean but is quite outdated. Bed matters was worn out and not comfortable. Bathroom doors are worn out. No WiFi or cell reception in the downstairs restaurant area. Manager offered to put in a mattress topper but never followed through. Temporary entrance was not marked very well

The unit was okay, but not great. It contained the bare minimum of supplies for kitchen and bathroom and linens. We got daily text requests from RealJoy saying they wanted to make our stay better; but, when we replied with a need, it was not addressed at all… they didn’t even acknowledge that we had made the concern known. The building has almost no security. They give you a parking pass, but we never saw anyone checking the parking lot. Outside gates from parking lot to the pools were locked, and we were never given the security code, so we couldn’t use those gates. However, anyone could enter the building without being stopped whatsoever and have access to the beach, the pools, and all floors of the building. The building was undergoing renovations which should make the building look better, but currently it was a mess. We had a good vacation, but we will likely choose a different location next time to gain good security and a nicer atmosphere.
