The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All Adult Guests must provide a State photo I.D. Guests must sign a condition of property form on day of arrival No Shoes Allowed, Please remove at the door. Shoe racks provided in front closet.
Smoking of tobacco, marijuana or other similar products that rely on vaporization or aerosolization in or on the Premises is Prohibited by tenant or guests.
Place all used bedding, towels, dish towels etc, in white laundry basket in Bathroom. Empty All trash buckets and place in trash barrels, on side of home and be sure to close lids securely.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please, No shoes allowed inside home. There is a shoe rack in closet next to front door wi/shoe rack, and another next to kitchen slider.
No smoking, including marijuana, cigars etc

What a beautiful retreat! The home was clean, welcoming and there was much attention to detail. The host was friendly and communication was excellent. Best of both worlds - quiet location yet close to so much! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!
