The unit is equipped with: an equipped kitchen, a living room, two silent double bedrooms, a bathroom and two balconies overlooking the mountains and direct access to the green area. Appartamento fornitissimo, molto pulito, con un giardino splendido. Proprietari gentilissimi. La posizione centrale permette di visitare ogni giorno un punto diverso della valle d'Aosta.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir fühlten uns überaus wohl und wurden auch sehr familiär aufgenommen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem erreicht man sehr schnell die Gondelstation und den Supermarkt. Ganz toll fanden wir auch den großen Balkon. Unschlagbar ist aber die sehr nette, offene und liebe Art der Vermieter.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit herrlicher Terrasse (mit Schaukestühlen) und schönen Garten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet - alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Umfangreiches Infomaterial vorhanden. Die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Vakantie van gezin met twee volwassen kinderen

Alles supergoed: parkeerplaats voor de deur, huis was schoon, eigenaar zeer gastvrij en discreet, grote tuin, prima BBQ, goede bedden, goede badkamer, geen last van ongedierte of insecten, lekker koel 's nachts (we waren daar tijdens een hittegolf), centrale locatie voor tal van fantastische dagtripjes, supermarkten in de buurt (o.a Lidl), prima internet (wifi), en prima ingerichte keuken (we hebben daar vaak gekookt). Kortom: een absolute aanrader!

Des jours inoubliables

Nous avons eu un séjour excéllent dans l'appartement. Nous sommes très bien accueillis; l'appartement était très agréable, bien équipé et avec de grandes chambres. Surtout pour ma mère (qui a 86 ans), le fait qu'on pouvait utiliser le jardin était vraiment fantastique. L'appartement est aussi très bien localisé. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Bref, nous avons eu des jours inoubliables.

Heerlijk appartement, rustig gelegen en centraal in het Aosta-dal

Wij hebben 2 fantastische weken gehad in het ruime en compleet ingerichte appartement in Gressan. De verhuurder is vriendelijk en gastvrij, wij kregen zelfs groente en fruit uit eigen tuin. Het appartement is mooi en rustig gelegen met een groot balkon aan de zuidzijde en westzijde en een balkon aan de noordzijde. Ontbijten met een mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Ook is er een grote tuin met ligstoelen en bedden om te zonnen. Linnengoed en beddengoed werden na een week omgewisseld: perfect! Verder is er een ruime badkamer met douche en wasmachine. Het appartement heeft rolluiken, dus in zomer heerlijk koel in huis. Het appartement ligt centraal: de stad Aosta is met de auto in 5 minuten te bereiken. Veel historische gebouwen uit de Romeinse tijd en natuurlijk veel restaurantjes en terrassen in het centrum. Een mega grote supermarkt is op 5 minuten afstand. Ook de kabelbaan en stoeltjeslift naar Pila tot een hoogte van 2700 meter ligt om de hoek. De Mont Blanc en de Matterhorn zijn een half uurtje rijden met de auto. De zomerliften brengen je tot boven de 3000 meter. Verder veel wandelgebieden in de directe omgeving o.a. nationaal park Gran Paradiso, bergdorpje Cogne en de watervallen van Lillaz. Un soggiorno molto piacevole....carino il posto vicino ad Aosta.. Casa pulita in tutti gli ambienti...ed accogliente La neve ci ha dato una mano in giardino per il divertimento con i bimbi... Mooi gelegen appartement

Voor het tweede jaar op rij hier geweest. Het blijft een geweldige pek qua omgeving en appartement. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Bij zonnig weer zijn er altijd schaduwplekken in de tuin/balkon te vinden. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de omgeving kun je prachtige bergwandelingen en fietstochten maken. Een ideale plek om een vakantie door te brengen.

Tranquillo e molto accogliente

Casa molto carina,pulitissima e fornita di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per chi trascorre la vacanza in un appartamento.Situata in zona tranquilla e molto rilassante,adatta a famiglie ma anche a persone anziane dato che per accedere all'appartamento ci sono pochi gradini. Dal terrazzo si può scendere direttamente in giardino con prato molto curato e fornito di sedie appropriate.I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili al dialogo,compresa la nonna,praticamente ci si trova con persone che credi di aver sempre conosciuto.Lo consiglio anche se è difficile trovare posto per soggiornarvi!!!!!!

Un gioiello

Abbiamo soggiornato quattro giorni nella mansarda "l'acero" comodamente io, mio marito e i nostri tre figli. Siamo stati accolti dal signor Mauro e consorte in maniera deliziosa. Il cestino di benvenuto con Torrette e tegole di Nus é stata una graditissima sorpresa. La casa é in perfette condizioni e molto pulita e ordinata. Non manca di nulla. Molto comoda la vicinanza alla cabinovia per Pila e al supermercato Gros Cidac! É stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Consigliatissimo! Grazie signor Mauro!

Ottima soluzione

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in questa casa e ci siamo trovati splendidamente: i proprietari sono persone gentilissime e cordiali, l'appartamento è molto pulito e ordinato ed è dotato di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno confortevole e di relax. La posizione è ottima perché lontana dal traffico e dal rumore, ma a poca distanza dal centro di Aosta e dalle vie di comunicazione per raggiungere le località più famose della valle. Consigliatissimo!!!

E' come stare a casa propria, perfetto,bellissimo.

E' tutto perfetto, è come stare a casa propria. Il sig. Mauro è una persona magnifica, disponibilissimo, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per visitare posti stupendi nei 5 giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Val D'Aosta. I suoi consigli sono stati utilissimi, da dove andare a fare la spesa, al ristorante dove cenare, alle visite ai laghi, a dove fare rafting. Già sappiamo di rivederci, a presto.

Geweldig appartement !!

Het appartement is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De WIFI wekt perfect. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om in de zon of in de schaduw te zitten. Zowel op het balkon als in de mooie tuin. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam in Italiaans, redelijk Frans en desnoods met Google Translate op de mobiel. De omgeving is prachtig. Er is veel te doen met als een van de hoogtepunten de kabelbaan SkyWay naar de top van de Mont Blanc en dan vooral door naar Aiguille du Midi over de gletsjer. Wat een mooie plek om een vakantie door te brengen.

Un paradiso

Appartamento 5 stelle dotato di ogni comfort, molto pulito, tranquillo ed accogliente. Con i nostri tre bimbi lo abbiamo proprio vissuto poichè ampio, con grande balcone dove prendere il sole e giocare ma sempre con zone d'ombra, ed un giardino curatissimo a disposizione. Era una settimana calda ma l'appartamento era sempre freschissimo. Assolutamente da consigliare. I proprietari sono persone cordiali e discrete. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro. Lara e famiglia

Fantastic Experience in Aosta

The owners Mauro n his son Luca were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Luca can speak English so that's helpful and he provided us good information for sightsee in Aosta Valley. The apartment is clean and comfortable with good beds and view of the mountains though it was quite cloudy when we were there. There's no washing machine in the unit but they provided us complimentary 2 machine washes at the self serve laundromat nearby. They are flexible with late check in as we check in only at 9.30pm. Definitely a good place to stay and relax and still close to amenities. Ciao

l'alloggio ideale per godersi la vacanza a Aosta

Alloggio ben oltre le aspettative, ambienti spaziosi e arredamento curato. tutto molto pulito e dotato di ogni confort, dalla lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, frigorifero e cucina attrezzatissima! due camere matrimoniali molto accoglienti e con ampi armadi, bagno spazioso con doccia e sanitari nuovi, a disposizione anche la biancheria da bagno e le lenzuola, quindi è praticamente come stare in hotel ma allo stesso tempo libero da vincoli tipici delle strutture alberghiere. ideale per visitare la valle o per sciare a Pila in quanto dista 5 minuti di macchina dalla partenza della telecabina. è situato in una via non di passaggio quindi molto tranquilla, a 20 metri vi è la fermata dell'autobus. ampio giardino a disposizione che per i bambini è ideale (ha nevicato e ci siamo fatti un bel pupazzo di neve). il signor Mauro è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra ed è stato un peccato aver fatto solo 4 giorni. ci torneremo sicuramente! a presto e grazie di tutto! cordialmente Simone e famiglia

Formidable !

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique, d'une semaine dans la vallée d'Aoste, hébergés par des hôtes adorables. Ces derniers nous ont accueilli en français et nous ont permis d'apprécier la région de par leur gentillesse, leurs renseignements sur les coins à visiter. De plus, l' appartement "il tiglio" était impeccable, entouré d' un jardin parfaitement entretenu et ayant vue sur les montagnes somptueuses des Alpes italiennes. Bref, nous recommandons cette location et nous aimerions d'ailleurs y retourner ultérieurement.

Uitstekend appartement

Ruim en schoon appartement. De inrichting is zeer compleet. De wifi werkte goed. Veel mogelijkheden om van de zon te genieten: op ieder moment van de dag is er wel ergens in de tuin op of een van de balkons een zonnig of schaduwrijk plekje te vinden. De afstand naar Aosta is enkele minuten met de auto of een dik half uur te voet. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, bijvoorbeeld bij het geven van suggesties voor wandelingen.

Vogliamo itornare!

Con la mia famiglia composta da 4 persone siamo stati ospiti per 10 giorni dei Sig.ri Gontier che ci hanno accolto con cordialità e delizie valdostane come vino, caffè tostato in zona e i tipici biscotti "tegole". Ottima ospitalità e persone cordialissime. Molto ben organizzata e pulita la casa. Ci ha colpito soprattutto lo splendido e grande giardino comprensivo di sdrai che ti fa passare la voglia di girovagare per la Valle...ma non ci siamo fatti corrompere! La cucina non manca di nulla dal microonde al forno elettrico, buon frigo con freezer, aromi per cucinare e.... . centrifuga per l'insalata! Asciugamani, lenzuola, canovacci e tovaglia...insomma tutto. Unica piccola pecca, a nostro parere, il bidet un po’ vecchiotto, ma nulla di insuperabile. In conclusione una splendida vacanza in un alloggio che speriamo di poterci rigodere. Grazie ancora ai Sig. Gontier dalla fam. Battiston
