Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a newly renovated lakefront home in beautiful Connestee Falls in Brevard, NC.

Home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main level. King bed and private bath in main bedroom. Queen bed in other bedroom.
Family room with wood burning fireplace and 46 inch flat screen HDTV. Includes Blu-Ray DVD player with Smart TV to access your favorite streaming video provider. Complimentary Wi-Fi included.
Large covered, screened deck with gorgeous lake and mountain views.
Finished basement with 4 twin beds. Finished basement has a laundry area with full size washer and dryer.

Located in Connestee Falls, a gated community in the mountains of western North Carolina, nine miles from the town of Brevard. The Connestee community features signature waterfalls, four mountain lakes, an 18-hole championship golf course, grand clubhouse with dining, 13 miles of private hiking trails, a large heated pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and a wellness center. The house is close to the East Fork Gate on Lake Atagahi and is a short walk to the Atagahi Park. The park includes a large pavilion used for multiple events, many barbecue grills, covered picnic tables, a playground, a swimming beach, rest rooms, basketball and volleyball courts (sometimes used for pickleball,) and horseshoe pits.

Brevard is home of the world-renowned Brevard Music Center, Brevard College, various festivals, Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest, and numerous bike trails and events.
The house is centrally located; forty five miles to both Ashville, NC and Greenville, SC; twenty five miles to Hendersonville, NC; forty five miles to Highlands, NC; and twenty five miles to Lake Toxaway.

We had the best week relaxing on the back porch! The dock and access to all the water sports made the week awesome for kids. The location to the park was great also. The hosts are gracious and communicated with us easily!

Looking for a place that allows multiple large dogs and a bird. The location was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Note the driveway is a little in the steep side and parking more than 3 vehicles would be a challenge.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Connestee Falls. The home has a Great view on the big Lake Atagahi. We enjoyed kayaking and they had everything needed to have fun on the lake. Golf and the club house was a plus. They had problems with their last cleaning services but communication with Todd was excellent. We hope to return next year !

Pet friendly on the lake at a good price

The house had everything we need and we enjoyed our 8 night stay with two dogs. We've been to Connestee before but never on a lake and it was nice to take kayaks and the jon boat out. The owner is great to work with, very communicative and was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Driveway is a little tricky, but manageable. I would stay here again!

Another great summer at the lake!

This is our second year at this house and we enjoyed it as much as last year. We all live on the screened porch, which is a good size and comfortably furnished, and has a wonderful view of the lake. We enjoy the kayaks and floats that are available for our use. The location within Connestee is convenient to the gate and the clubhouse. Thank you for another fun summer!

This is a very nice property. We enjoyed our stay very much. Improving the dock area would be a helpful upgrade. The driveway and parking was very difficult for 2 vehicles, with one being a truck. Other than the getting in and out we had a great time. Everything worked, and we had plenty of space.

Family getaway

Our family wanted to do some hiking, explore waterfalls, see “Pretty Place” and watch college football. By sheer luck, I found this gem of a home in a gorgeous neighborhood. The home has a large enclosed porch overlooking the peaceful lake. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bedding and towels, furniture was comfortable and a large tv in living area. The breakfast nook, which overlooked the lake, was a great area for playing cards and games. The host was quick to answer any questions. Great home and weekend away.

Great Get Away

Property was perfect for our needs. View of the lake is beautiful and the dock was great for some relaxing fishing. Connestee Falls is a great location close to the quaint little town of Brevard. The house was equipped with everything we needed including some fishing gear. We has a situation where we inadvertently left something at the house that was important for us to retrieve. Todd was quick to help us to get the item returned to us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for large family with dog

We had a great vacation. The house met our needs for size, location, and comfort with a dog. The upstairs was very comfortable, and the porch wonderful. However, the basement sleeping room was damp, and musty smelling when we arrived. We found a dehumidifier in the garage and it helped some, but then the room was very warm. We had one family member with allergies so this was an issue for us, but it might not bother some. The kids enjoyed the boards and boats available at the house!
