🛏️ The Space

Designed to capture the laid-back magic of Alligator Point, Point & Paddle feels like a modern beach cottage tucked between forest and water. Every room is thoughtfully styled — from the king bedrooms with bold wallpaper and natural light, to cozy guest spaces dressed in soft neutrals and woven textures.

Ground Level
• King Bedroom: A calm retreat featuring natural textures, bold coastal accents, and easy access to the main living area.
• Bunk Room: Fun and functional with twin-over-twin bunks — perfect for kids or extra guests. Both rooms share the hall bath on this level.

Upstairs
• Open Loft Space: At the top of the stairs, this airy, open area includes a queen bed and a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa. It does not have a door, so it’s best for family members or guests comfortable with shared spaces.
• King Bedroom: A private, light-filled room featuring a king bed and soft linens.

Bathroom: Conveniently located between the king bedroom and the loft area, this upstairs bath includes a walk-in shower and fresh coastal finishes.

Gather for meals in the glass-top dining space, or head out to the deck to grill and unwind while herons glide across the pond. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and spaces that make you want to slow down.

🎲Game Room
Just off the back deck, through the screened porch door, you’ll find a separate game room — a fun bonus space for guests of all ages. It includes an air hockey/pool/ping pong combo table, a smart TV, and a bar counter with two bar stools for hanging out or enjoying drinks after a day on the water. There’s also a full bathroom with a shower for added convenience.

⛱️This game room also houses guest-use items such as the beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and life vests for the kayaks, making it easy to grab everything you need for a day of exploring the coast.

🌴 Outdoor Living

Step onto your private dock to watch sunrise or cast a line. Launch one of our kayaks for a peaceful paddle, then come back for a shower or a nap in the screened porch lounge. As night falls, listen for frogs, crickets, and the gentle rustle of pines — it’s coastal calm.

Not only is this house adorable and roomy, it is the perfect mix of secluded and convenient. I hosted my girls for a little weekend birthday celebration and we had the best time watching the sunset from the dock, then enjoying a bonfire with smores! We played games and laughed well in to the night before finally retiring to the super comfy beds. The next morning we took the short walk to the beach and enjoyed discovering all types of nature while walking through the beaches of bald point state park. After lunch, we had a little quiet time reading and resting in the screened in outdoor areas. Even though we brought our own food, I was so happy to realize how close we were to amazing restaurants like Trident and Angelo’s. I will definitely keep that in mind for our next stay. Cara was an amazing hostess and extremely responsive to all questions leading up to our stay. I just can’t say enough about the great time we had! I just wished we could have stayed longer!
