The property is in need of a deep clean unfortunately. There property in general just needs some TLC.The view is lovely and the location is quite peaceful.
Very quiet and tucked away. Great view. Dated but functional. Really could use a good deep cleaning. Cobwebs, crawlers and dirt in downstairs bathrooms and bedrooms. Perhaps no one had been there in awhile.Very roomy with extra downstairs living room. VERY steep driveway but access to garage was a plus.
Tranquil spot overlooking Tellico Lake. Lots of space to accommodate guests. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen & grilling on the deck while taking in the views. The neighbors were all quite friendly and often out walking on sunny days. It would be the ideal summer time place for families to gather.
Great location for a stay on Tellico Lake. Was at the end of a cove so easy to kayak and paddle board without worry of boats speeding by. Great amenities at house and for lake, including 2 adult kayaks and 2 youth kayak, plus multiple floats. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
Fall break for our son going to UT. We just wanted to get away and this was the place. We enjoyed the lake and home. Outdoor dinning in the area and boat rental for a day was easy and fair priced. Would visit again.
A very comfortable home in Tellico Village lakeside. We enjoy this property so much we have extended our stay twice. In total we probably will be here as much as three months. The owner is super!
We loved staying at this clean & beautiful house. We enjoyed the kayaking from the shore of the property and the beautiful views from the deck & screened-in porch. The kitchen was well stocked & the location was very convenient. We also appreciated that we were able to vacation with our dog.

Well maintained home in attractive lakeside cul de sac. Perfect for families and very good services in easy reach. Winter watch out: the lake level was down which diminishes the view

Thank you for the kind review. We're so happy you had such a great time. Yes, the lake level is typically down from mid November through mid March-ish. We'd love to have you as our guests again...Maybe come back to enjoy the lake during the summer?

Overall, good, but the lower level fire detector had no battery and began chirping in the middle of the night 3 nights in a row. This disturbed our dog and made him very anxious.
We returned this summer for our 2nd stay. Very well-kept property. Came for a family reunion. The lower level bedrooms and living area were perfect for teens and young adult kids to hang out separately from us parents on the main level bedroom and living area.
The photos need to be updated online to show new carpet and newly painted deck and deck furniture! So much room at this house and the screened in porch is great for all meals. Quiet.neighborhood and close to all amenities nearby. We had such a relaxing vacation
Loved the property. Well stocked house with plenty of amenities m kayaks to hair dryers to beach towels. My only request is to have a full size grill

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the home. It was well stocked with everything we needed, very spacious and clean. The view from the patio and backyard was more beautiful than the pictures. So many birds to watch and listen to…such a tranquil and serene escape. We had a lot of events to attend because our son was getting married so we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks. We would definitely stay there again. We had other family members stay at other vacation homes in the area and everyone agreed this home had the best layout and views. We definitely recommend this home to anyone considering staying there. Absolutely wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed plus.
I should have reviewed location as I enjoy staying in Tellico Village to where you can quickly access, by walking, all of the different neighborhoods. This location is out of the way and requires driving on back roads to access the main Tellico Village area. This wasn't a big deal but I wish I had reviewed the location more to understand where I would be located. Overall - great!
The house was perfect fit for the six of us. I would recommend this property. The only concern was the handling of the trash. I don’t think you should have to run the trash to the local dump.

Hi John. If you refer to the departure instructions it says that if you have a massive amount of overflow trash that doesn't fit into the trash cans then it should be taken to the dump. I'm sorry for the misinterpretation. I'm happy you had a great time otherwise.

Driveway very scary, steep. House nice but needs things fixed, screen doors, door locks.
Dirty windows. View was nice.

We hope you enjoyed your stay. It's difficult to keep up with the windows after each rainstorm and we'll be sure to get the screen door reviewed and repaired. All the door locks lock but we'll look into it. Yes, the driveway is steep. It's noted in the advertising but it's more than negotiable as we haven't had any accidents or issues.
