Completely renovated in 2019, fully equipped villa with the most beautiful sunset view in the very quiet environment at the top row of houses in a large gated complex with all necessary services for up to 6~7 guests.

The location of the house on the horizon of the coast allows besides breathtaking panoramic view of the azure Caribbean Sea and also a comfortable airflow.

Our villa has a central living room and 3 spacious bedrooms with 3 fully equipped bathrooms.
A large terrace surrounding the house with a pleasant pool is directly connected with a living area and a kitchen and therefore provides all the action in the house.

Villa is set in a gated Coral Estate Resort overlooking the azure Caribbean sea and beyond. Coral Estate Resort is situated in the luxurious, peaceful and most beautiful part of the island. Watch the sun go down as you enjoy your dinner at the terrace.
The area of more than 10,000 sq ft ensures privacy from the nearest neighbors and direct contact with nature.

We work with damage deposit $500 for the damage and fee for excess consumption of water and electricity. These two fees are charged after your check out based on your consumption which is messured.
Electricity consumption 8 kWh/house/day is included, excess consumption charge 0,5USD/1kWh. The consumption of 0.5 m3 of water/day/house is included in the price, the fee for excess consumption is $10/1 m3.

Excellent stay at Coral Estates

This is a really nice property where you can just unwind and relax with a pool and an ocean view. Only downside is you might not feel like leaving to explore the rest of Curaçao when you are here.

World-class views

Our recent stay here left us spellbound. The world-class ocean views from this property were nothing short of breathtaking making it tough to leave the house each day. The home itself is well-equipped, perfect for us, and made our stay comfortable and convenient. I’d also like to add that the timely and flawless communication was perfect. We had no issues needing to be addressed, but they were proactive, responsive, and Olga was a delightful person if we needed anything or any questions answered. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a slice of paradise with stunning views.

Hated to leave!

OMG when I say the view of this home is probably one of the best I've seen, it truly is. Literally what you see in the pictures is what you get. The home is clean, the breeze is amazing, and the location was a fabulous retreat if you travel to the other side of the island. Along with all the perks of the home Olga and Eva are responsive which I loved. The security guards at the gate were personable and friendly, Nearby beaches like Daaiboi were outstanding and perfect for snorkeling; Karakter (which you'll see from the house) is a part of the Coral Estates resort and convenient - just go!! I'm SO GOLAD we did! Oh yes, someone mentioned the mosquitoes, and like anywhere else where there are trees and outdoorsy elements you'll encounter bugs on a mission. There were more than enough coils in the home to light on the patio, just be sure to wear bug spray if you are a person who gets bit up.

Breathtaking Sunsets!

I can't say give enough positive feedback about this property. We just returned (3/1/23) and hated to leave. From the start of the booking, the communication with Eva the owner was quick and clear, she provided a wonderful guide full of information about the property and the island that we referred to many times over our week-long stay. The caretaker of the property Olga was delightful, welcoming and attentive when we had needs or questions. The house is well appointed with a fully functional & well-appointed kitchen that we used to make meals 2x/day during our week-long stay. I have so many wonderful things to say about this gorgeous island but sticking to the property, you will not get a better view of the sunset from the deck. The home is located in a quiet, safe and clean neighborhood with many lovely beaches within a short drive as well as a well a stocked grocery store (or smaller markets), gas, shopping, etc. Also close by (10 minute drive) is the Nena Sanchez gallery, a great spot to see flamingos, and a wonderful local restaurant called Marfa's - stop by and get a delicious goat burger! We would easily choose this property again in Curacao!

Disappointing

The property was promoted as luxury and it was lovely but what the listing does not say is that while one bedroom is on the main floor, the other two bedrooms are downstairs under the deck and can only be reached from the outside. As well, the two downstairs bedrooms are far away from the router which means no reliable internet in these bedrooms.In addition, there was a huge bugs problem. We all had hundreds of bites by the end of our trip. We were the only ones on the resort who seemed to be having these issues so I suspect the place had not been sprayed regularly.Finally, I have stayed at several properties at Coral Estates and the pool at this location is much smaller than at other properties.I would add that the on-site property manager Olga was wonderful - she was responsive and tried to help with the bugs by bringing bug spray which helped a little. However, the place needed a professional spray for mosquitos and sand fleas.We were so uncomfortable with all the bites our vacation was not great. In conclusion, while I would recommend Coral Estates, I would not return to this property.

1st Trip to Curacao

The house looks EXACTLY as the pictures. Everything in the listing describes the house and neighborhood to the tea. One highlight of the house that is not mentioned is the house manager Olga. She is WONDERFUL!!!!!! she cooked a dinner for us one night that was superb! Olga is the hidden gem of the house. She is so wonderful and warm and wants to make sure you enjoy your time. She is also very responsive, she helped us navigate the 1st couple of days of the trip. We initially decided not to get a car and realized quickly that was not a good idea. A rental is almost required. Even though taxis are abundant on the island, its hard to find a taxi willing to pick you up from the house. I was in communication with a couple of companies, and the were very honest about our request. So, do not think twice, get a rental! If there is one critique, as one of the other reviews mentioned, you will need bug spray. On the information given, it states that due to the tradewinds, there are not many mosquitoes on the island. I can say for sure, they must all be on the balcony. The house was equipped with bug spray and citronella candles, but that did not deter the mosquitoes. sitting out by the pool for 30 minutes, I got 12 bites on my back alone. I was bitten so much that we kept the doors closed and did not use the balcony as much as we intended. I know this is to be expected, but I was never bitten so much. Would I stay at this house again? Yes. the views, the cleanliness, the pantry, Olga were all fantastic!

Not so happy anniversary vacation

My wife and I recently celebrated our first year anniversary and decided Curaçao would be the perfect destination for the occasion. The property looked fabulous in the photos and quenched every desire we sought to experience. Unfortunately as the saying goes “when it’s too good to be true”, it usually is. The property manager Olga gave us a quick walkthrough which was good but didn’t mention anything about what happens during the stay. The plumbing issue in the shower was so bad my wife and I had to skip bathing due to flooding of the ENTIRE bathroom. We noticed a “squeegee” located next to the urinal but didn’t pay any mind at first, until the next morning. We worked for a good 20 mins to remove the water that almost seemed impossible to drain due to the amount of clogged debris. Soon after that, the water supply throughout the house slowed to a snail’s pace. They say it’s to ease consumption but this was our first morning using the water. Called Olga and her reply was “I thought they fixed it” and proceeded to do the same water removing we’ve done already. At night is when things get really uncomfortable. In a brief description, the manger sends, explains to you not to use much electricity or you’ll be charged even more. The “eastward wind” that they stated would cool to house was only good when strong winds was accompanied with rain. Mind you, the temperature only drops 5-6 degrees in Curacoa at night so it’s just as hot. We were so nervous about being charged an additional fee we layed irritable without ceiling fan, air conditioning, which was only in the bedrooms and unopened doors due to the amount of mosquitoes that invaded our space. My suggestion, if you want to avoid flooding while showering, heat exhaustion, West Nile virus or loss of blood driven from your body by the ferocious mosquitoes and constant worry of extra water and electric fees you can comfortably stay in your rental vehicle parked in the round-about.

Wonderful villa, view, location & owner

This villa is located in a safe, gated, and desirable community nestled between the main town and the western beaches. It's pretty convenient to town and the really nice beaches on the western part of the island. There are two good places to eat, a small shop, and a snack shack right in the community. The property manager and caretaker were incredibly helpful and kind - and they were very accommodating when an unusual storm threatened our departure from the island. The property is modern and clean, with plenty of space and a cool breeze. The beds are clean and comfy, and there are plenty of bathrooms and storage areas for you and your things. The utilities worked without any funny business and the water was clear and clean. You'll want to visit the local market (We liked the "Centrum market" about 18 minutes away) to get basic supplies and food to stock up. The pool is a great addition, and the kids couldn't wait to get back from the beach sometimes. We grilled and cooked meals with ease. For those with small children, we found the villa to be great for them but be aware that each of the bedrooms is accessed from the outdoors, and must be locked individually - something to know for planning sleep arrangements. Worked out great for us.

Complete Relaxation

This is a beautiful home. Kitchen is well equipped. Short walk (albeit steep!) to the beach bar and yummy pizza place. Olga is marvellous! We had the peaceful, relaxing time. Short drive to best beaches on the island for swimming, snorkelling, or sunning! Oh and the birds! We watched parakeets, cara, frigates, doves, etc. right from poolside. Parakeets are so pretty! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a great view for a relaxing get-away

We had an incredible stay over the 2018/19 Christmas and New Years period. We spent a week as a family of six and then for the last week it was just my wife and I. The location is away from the city. This is more like a gated community that is tucked away in the country far from the noise and busy-ness of the major tourist areas. You will need a car to stay at this Villa. The accommodations are very nice with plenty of room to comfortably house 6 adults. The bedroom on the main floor is ideal and the two lower bedrooms which are accessed by the outside back stairway are more than adequate for extra guests. We had no issues finding what we needed in the home for our 2 week stay. The lower beach and restaurants in this community are very nice with lots of options on the menu and specials with theme nights on the weekend. I would definitely stay here again should we return to Curacao. We found the stairs to take us down the hill to the beach area so we made that our morning exercise ritual. Some things you should know; the information package for the unit is out of date. (don't go looking for the nearby market they mention because its closed!) It's almost impossible to not get charged for extra power as the downstairs suites do not have the same airflow as the upstairs so you'll likely need the AC. If you leave food out or do not clean up after meals, critters will visit you! We had a great stay and really liked the area. Nothing is very far away on an island and getting around was very easy. The view every night when the sun crashes into the ocean is breathtaking. If you are looking for the big resort scene with tons of amenities then this is not the place for you. One last thing...bring your own beach towels. What they consider a beach towel is what we in North America would call a bath towel.

Beautiful villa and view

We shared this villa with our friends for a week. We had a fabulous time. The house had everything we required. Upon arrival, we loved the gated community and instantly felt secure. The villa has a lovely entrance with gates and all the homes in the area are very nice. I loved that when we first opened the front door, your view is the patio, pool and ocean. It's beautiful! . There is no A/C in the common areas of the house but, I have to agree that there was really no need. Once you open the windows and shutters, the breeze is perfect. At night the A/C units in the bedrooms worked very well. The only thing that was a little odd was the layout of the other bedrooms. While the master bedroom was on the main floor with the kitchen/living room, the other 2 bedrooms were on the level below. The only way to get to the other bedrooms was the outdoor stairs. The bedrooms on the lower level had no direct way into the house without walking up the outside stairs. This was not a big deal since it didn't rain but it did come as a surprise. The floors around the pool and inside the house are a beautiful marble, but beware, they get extremely slippery when wet. We also were not able to find the other remote for the TV, so we couldn't work it. Again, not a huge deal. You absolutely need a car to get around and the grocery stores are not too far off. We ate several times at Karackter and Koral. Both restaurants were great in that they were close to the villa. The location of the villa is about 35 mins from the city center, but we were much happier staying on this side of the island. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. Communication with the owners was simple and straightforward. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay, and for opening your home to us!

Highly recommended.

Our stay in Curacao was one of the most relaxing and serene vacations we have ever taken. When we arrived at the gates of the Coral Estate we were impressed with the security staff. They were friendly as well as helpful, and they even taught us a little Papiamentu! As we drove down the road to our villa, we were taken by all the beautiful estates there. All the colors and designs really brightened the place. Not to mention how safe the neighborhood was. Our villa was absolutely beautiful, and a nice touch was that it was gated off from the other villas around it. It came with its own kitchen and grill that we enjoyed using a lot, and after a long day of sightseeing it felt nice to just jump into the pool. And how could we forget to mention the view? Whether it was morning, noon, or night, the landscape never failed to take our breath away. We had a clear unobstructed view of the ocean and the boats that passed daily. All in all, we loved our stay at the Coral Estates. Extremely well organized by the owner with the highest quality of comfort and service with a smile...:) Ajo ajo. Danki CW

Definitely recommended

Really amazing villa has not only met however exceeded all our expectations absolutely perfect vacation. Situated on the hill with great natural “air condition” provides a very pleasant stay in a villa without air conditioning, however, is that in each bedroom as well as fans. Owners anticipated lots of little things to do our stay more comfortable. We spent a beautiful Curacao 3 weeks and resort Coral Estate is truly the most relaxing spot on the island.
