Nice room, when I arrived, the balcony door was open and the room was very cold. Alos, the bed broke but the host was responsive

Heater didn't work properly. Entry door to room is a thin interior door and someone next door came in at 2am and they were so loud we could hear every word until 5am. There was only 1 wash rag. Bed had plastic still on it so very uncomfortable.
