Reservation Policies

Door codes are shared at 4 PM. Check-in is from 4–11 PM. Arrivals after 11 PM are considered a violation.

Early check-in, late check-out, and bag drop are available upon request and subject to availability.

Door codes will not be issued until the $300 incidentals deposit and registration are complete.

Security deposit refunds are processed within 3–7 days of checkout.

Any complaints must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in.

Departures must be reported clearly so we can update availability and assist with your reservation.

Reservation changes must be requested before 10 AM (checkout time).

For early departures, please submit an alteration request for approval.

Courtesy refunds are not provided.

Refund requests for any reason require immediate checkout. Please alter your reservation so unused nights can be refunded.

If you’d like additional amenities coordinated, notify us at least 24 hours in advance (between 4 PM–12 AM).

Extra cleanings should also be arranged 24 hours in advance, before 10 AM.

Incidentals Policy
A $300 incidental deposit is required after booking. If damages exceed this amount, charges may be processed through Airbnb’s Resolution Center or AirCover.

Registration Policy
All guests must complete registration after booking. This includes submitting valid IDs for all travelers and scanning the credit card on file. Failure to complete both the deposit and registration steps will result in cancellation without refund.

Check-in: After 4 PM

Check-out: 10 AM sharp (late check-outs without approval will incur a nightly rate penalty).

No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 PM–6 AM.

Smoking is prohibited ($300 penalty and immediate dismissal without refund).

Excessive noise, parties, or police callouts result in a $250 penalty and termination without refund.

Trash must never be left outside the property ($100 penalty). Use bins provided and do not flush paper towels or trash down toilets.

Damages to the property or common areas will be charged back to your booking account.

Upon checkout, please turn off lights, A/C, water, and stove, and lock the door behind you.

Penalties may be deducted from your $300 security deposit and/or booking account.
