The property was clean and well maintained, though it did show its age a bit. Everything was great except for one small issue that was specific to our group of 6 adults. There were four bedrooms as advertised, but one of the rooms only has a sofa bed, so keep that in mind depending on the makeup of your party. Luckily the couch in the living room is large and comfortable, so there is another option if the couch bed is too small.

For the price, you can’t beat this property. Very spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located in what seemed to be a safe subdivision. The house was very clean, and the host was easy to reach. ONLY removed a single star from the property listing accuracy category because of the state of the “fenced-in” back yard.

Noisy neighbors behind the house on Saturday night. Tile in kitchen floor is chipped and cracked. Good value for the money. Would stay again.

The host was responsive to emails sent. The home had many lovely updates done to it. The only reason I didn't go with 5 stars is that two of the bedrooms need newer/updated mattresses to go with the overall updates. The home was clean and comfortable and it is in a nice neighborhood.

This was a nice stay for our family- plenty of room, toys for the kids, a high chair and step stool, and beaches nearby. But we did run into a few issues that brought our rating down from a perfect 10. We did appreciate the playset in the backyard, but it was swarmed with wasps and our kids were stung multiple times. The outdoor grill didn’t work and the fenced in backyard has pretty substantial holes. It could have been cleaner; we found dead bugs in and around the toy box, the windows were grimy, and most of the blinds don’t work.We were thankful that it’s a child friendly place with plenty of room that suited our needs but a little extra care to some of the details could take this listing to the next level.

Post specifically stated that there was an extra twin bed in one of the rooms. There was only a crib. One participant with severe sleep issues was not able to stay with us when we realized there were only 3 beds plus a fold out bed (4 total) not 5. They need to change their post
