Awesome location

Clean home, great area-super close to a wonderful park. The home has some broken but fixable things but overall is a safe and comfortable stay. Hosts are just a phone call away if needed!!

Quick responder. Easy booking and super helpful. Assisted me last minute with the house and made sure my employees were taken care of. House was beautiful and very clean. Great area of town.

Nice house

We stayed here Jan 1-3 with my dad and two daughters for the Gator Bowl. Driving to the house gave us a little pause as the area is a little sketchy. But once on Pearl Street around the house, it was a little better. The house was in great shape with the exception of some cracked and sunken vinyl tiles in the hallway. The house was clean - beds comfortable. That’s all we were looking for and that’s what we got. I would consider this house again if ever in Jacksonville. .

Business Stay

This property was an excellent value. It had plenty of space, was clean, modern, lots of up to date amenities. Location is centrally located with close proximity to downtown and riverside. Check in process and communicatiin was excellent. Definitely enjoyed the accommodations and would stay again!
