As the name implies, Sunnyside Cottage is a bright and cheery cottage in the heart of Lakeside. The newly renovated cottage has been completely refinished, to include a very open concept, consisting of the living area, dining and kitchen. The décor has been updated throughout. The home features three bathrooms and four bedrooms, all on one floor. Bedroom one has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, bedroom two is a queen, bedroom three has twin bunk beds, bedroom four has a twin and a full, plus there is a small den/bedroom with a twin daybed. Gorgeous kitchen with quartz countertops, living room with a wood burning fireplace. Additionally, there is a lovely front porch, outdoor shower, and private five-person hot tub (open year-round!). Located in Lakeside, two blocks to the private Orchard Beach access. Now with new outdoor firepit!
**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.
**Maximum four car parking.
