Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Garbage pickup is scheduled for every Tuesday morning; if trash is used, guests will be responsible for placing garbage bins in front of the house by Monday evening.
- Please do not overflow garbage bins!!!!! - Weekly yard maintenance might happens once a week. - We do not charge a high clean fee. Before checking out, please start the dishwasher.
- Turn off all utilities, especially the heating/cooling. - Remember to lock the front and back doors on the way out. Once the front door has been closed, press the lock symbol to lock it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Events allowed only with prior host approval. Max 10 attendees. $250 event fee applies. Unauthorized events may result in cancellation and penalties.

This place is an oasis in the midst of suburbia -- peaceful & quiet, yet close and easily accessible to Oregon Hwy 8. I found sycamore and several species of oak and maple leaves on the property. In the morning, there were as many a 5 deer happily munching in the yard. The host answered my questions quickly, cheerfully, and completely. This is my 1st choice for lodging in Hillsborough.

Could be a great place. Housekeeping policy is very suspect. They encourage guests to clean because they dont charge a fee. But they are also don't clean after the guests leave from what I could see. They must have had a birthday party there before we came we found little gold circles everywhere underneath the furniture a lot of dirty Corners a lot of dirty places. Unfinished painting work. There were no clothes hangers to hang your clothes. No washcloths. No dustpan.
