New hot water tank had been installed the day of our arrival and we did not check for hot water until the next morning. There was no hot water and the pipe was leaking. Contacted the owner but the hot water wasn’t working when we left the house the next day.

We went to lake conroe beach park and spent a few hours in the sun we have toddlers so there was plenty of space for us to bring their favorite toys for the weekend everything was clean and tidy. We were able to relax and enjoy the quiet day and nights playing cardgames and watching people golf.
