Beautiful natural beach, well furnished expansive deck overlooking the sound, luxe marble kitchen (I wish its cooking equipment matched the quality of the kitchen finishes) and bathrooms. Very comfortable master bedroom. Excellent location a short walk from a nice trail near the Audubon and close to Southold and Greenport.

The house was beautiful. The location and view of the Sound was 2nd to none. The only complaint was the condition items were in the house when we checked in and later: - The coffee grounds, I assume from the previous renter, were still in the coffee pot and moldy. - There was a large plate left in the microsoft that was covered with dried red sauce. - When we arrived at the house one of the smoke alarms was going off. I found a battery and replaced. While renting 3 other smoke alarms and 1 Carbon Monoxide alarm went off. The batteries for the smoke alarms was not a common battery and I had to go to 4 different places to find the battery. From the beginning I was in contact with the host, but she never offered to have someone come over and take care of. - Numerous lights were not working in the house. I had to go and buy a light bulb for one of the spare bedrooms.Having said all the above, all the issues we had to address and fix, all of these are easily fixed and in communicating with the host, she indicated she would address these issues.We loved the house and other than me having to play maintenance man, which I shouldn't of had to do (Again, host never offered to have someone come over and address all these issues, which never happened in the other 10 houses we have rented over the years), we loved the experience of renting this house.For future renters, I would recommend you include language to make sure host will fix all these minor items as they occur.

Gorgeous sunset views from this spacious spot. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the basement, a great deck for dinners, large primary bedroom and a fantastic beach to explore.

Incredible Views!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. The home is lovely and the views of the Long Island Sound from the back deck are incredible. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful staycation

Upon arrival to departure the property, the home was perfect for our family. Excellent place to cook inside outside the views were spectacular. Everything was just really peaceful. It was exactly what we needed. We look forward to coming back.

Amazing House and Location

This is truly a gem of a place. The house is beautiful, exactly as the pictures show and the location is picture perfect. Its a wonderful relaxing peaceful getaway. The property managers were amazing and always helpful and responsive!

Perfect beach house in Greenport

We've been coming to the area almost every summer for the last 20 years or so, and this is one of the best combination of house/location we've experienced to date. Beautiful location on a bluff overlooking the Sound, walkable to the Greenport town center (30 min), well equipped house with a great kitchen and living spaces, and a host that is very easy to work with.

Second time in this beautiful house

We've been coming to the area almost every summer for the over 20 years, and this is one of our favorite houses. Having visited in 2023 (see my previous review) we were excited to find a week when our plans lined up with when the house was available!Nothing changed in two years - the house is still immaculate and the host is still very easy to work with. The only complaint is that our time there flew by too fast!

Another wonderful stay

This is our second summer staying in this home and it was another wonderful stay. The owner was extremely easy to coordinate and communicate with and she was even nice enough to put some of her children’s old toys out for my kids to play with in the basement. The view from this property is truly remarkable and is very centrally located. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, especially young families. We would love to come back next year!

View from the proprrty

The house was big enough for each one to be confortabile, and have privacy. I liked the house decor which was minimalist but also warm and clean. The best thing was the ocean view and the sundowns were breathtaking. Just fix the status that lead to the beach
