Condo features, totally new, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, convection oven, cooktop and breakfast bar. Brand new queen size terpur-pedic murphy bed with luxury linens and pillows, flat screen smart TV with HD cable includes Apps for Netflix, and DSL Wi-fi.

Building has swimming pool, outdoor shower, parking stall, elevator and coin laundry.

My family and I have lived on the westside of Oahu for 20 years. We have done just about everything this island has to offer. We enjoy surfing, swimming, hiking, diving, snorkeling, camping, boating, and golfing. We are from Portland, Oregon and go back and visit every year. Before moving to Hawaii I lived in Lake Tahoe, Nevada Incline Village where I was apart of the National Ski Patrol Association.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property because it's a piece of "Real Hawaii." The beach, ocean, mountains, valleys, and the surfing is outstanding!! It's away from all the craziness of the city and resorts. The only sound you hear at night are the waves crashing on the beach. This is our surf shack.
