Why they chose this property

I love the convenience and safety of Aldea Zama, a jungle-adjacent community with many restauranst and shops nearby. There is also a corner store (Oxxo) directly accross the street, Beach Avenue is only a 10min. drive away, and Tulum centro is about the same distance headed North.

It's one the few listings in the area with a private pool, there is 24 hour security in the building and you get a free underground parking spot.
