The place was bare bones and the site out of the window was a hiv center and homeless people laying everywhere

No one was available at check in which made the process annoying. the floors were visibly dirty and sticky. The only way to communicate with Room Picks was through a chat. they only responded every few hours. they also gave us several answers as to the amenities and availability to items within the apartment that didn't hold to be true. In the end they did refund our money, but not until we were on the phone with VRBO and apartment complex for several hours.
