Third Floor Master Bedroom- King Bed, Ensuite Bathroom (with walk-in shower)
If you are interested in sleeping more than 8 guests please ask about the two neighboring properties Sincerely Shem & Sincerely Shem II These homes next door also sleep 8 guests each and are furnished very similarly. You can see photos of the homes in my profile. A discount will be provided for reserving 2 or 3 homes together.
Parties are strictly prohibited at all of our properties. Additionally, serving alcohol to minors is not allowed under any circumstances.
Royall Stays will not offer any refunds due to Storms, Tropical Storms or Hurricanes. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your reservation in the event of severe weather.
