Why settle for less when you can vacation in a large ranch home in heart of everything? This spacious ranch has 3 Bdr/2.5 Ba.This one story home is located 5 miles from downtown Charleston and 3 miles from Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island too. Amenities include a pond in the backyard, 2 Smart TVs, Roku, Netflix, fireplace, wifi, grill and cable. There's an arcade game in the den for nostalgic fun with Pac-Man and Galaga!

The large den is the perfect hang out with a large smart TV and comfy couches for a relaxed lounge. The den has french doors and beautiful hardwood flooring. A full-sized pull out bed is also available for the den to convert that room into a bonus room.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large walk-in closets, its own bathroom suite that has his and her sinks, Sky Lights or ceiling windows and a garden tub. One guest room has two twin beds and a trundle bed to sleep up to three people. Children love the trundle bed! Another guest room has a cozy queen. There’s a Jack and Jill bathroom between the guest rooms.

Renters must be age 25 and older.

This home was perfect for our short family trip to Charleston. It’s centrally located between Charleston and Isle of Palms which was exactly what we needed! Plenty of room to spread out too. This property was very clean and in a great location. The backyard was very peaceful facing the pond, and 2 large living spaces inside the house offer plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Location is a quick drive to downtown CHS and to Shem Creek, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan’s Island. Would highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Mount Pleasant

Traveled to Mount Pleasant to celebrate our grandaughters high school graduation. The property was great, and included everything we needed for our stay! Very close to shopping, resturants and a vhort drive to Isle of Palms beaches! The pergola overlooking the pond fountain (lighted at night) made a nice place to relax!

Initially a problem as the cleaners had not come but contacted owner and the cleaners came shortly after and the owner gave us a 50 credit. Place was nice a roomy and very convenient to Mt Pleasant area, Shem creek and Daniel Island for the tennis open. The picture of the back area shows more comfy chairs than are actually there but still was ok. Walked across to beautiful neighborhood with walking path and walked to nice bagel shop nearby. Bathroom shower stall small and could use update but overall a nice stay in the ranch home.

Additional amenities include books and cable on each Smart TV. This home has huge french doors and bay windows for plenty of natural lighting. We do not provide food but the kitchen is equipped with the cooking ware and appliances to prepare great meals for you and your guests. This home is big enough to host your friends and family with plenty of space for all. Enjoy the pergola and outdoor seating in the patio area to watch the star-filled sky in the evenings! Palmetto Paradise is in a private and quiet neighborhood.
