Pleasant 3-bedroom house with AC in Bakersfield
A private rural country home on 20 acres at the base of the Cold Hollow Mountains of Northern Vermont. Enjoy being surrounded by nature and less than 25 miles from 2 of Vermont's premier ski areas, Jay Peak and Smugglers Notch.
The space
This space offers cross country trails, hiking, and bike riding trails and loops right out your doorway. Miles of trail available including the Hazen's Notch and Catamount trails . VAST snow mobile trails cross just a few miles down the road. If that is not enough enjoy four 18 hole golf courses close by. Fresh water pond and therapeutic hot tub on site to relax after enjoying the great outdoors.
There is a recreational room downstairs with pool table, dart board, games, organ, and a large screen smart TV and stereo, with a pull out couch.
Guest access
Entire home including a two car garage, recreational room, and wood burning fireplace. The house also sits on 20 acres of varying landscape providing plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
