Cabin 5 - Three Pines Lodging & Marina - Waterfront Nightly Rental

Located on the North Shore of Oneida Lake in Central New York. Offering fishing and family vacation rentals. Three Pines Lodging & Marina is a great place to enjoy a vacation with your family and friends. Come enjoy your stay in one of our five cozy cabins with a beautiful view of the lake. Our larger cabins sleep 8 to 13 with two smaller cabins sleeping 2 to 3. Opening the first weekend in May for the start of Walleye season staying open through ice fishing season. Bring your boat and enjoy the convenience of launching and docking steps away from your cabin. One dock is included with each cabin rental. Extra docks available for a fee.

At Three Pines Lodging & Marina, LLC, Sylvan Beach on Oneida Lake is a quick boat ride away. Check out our video of Sylvan Beach from one end to the other. Great family beach with warm water and natural sand. You can drive your boat in close to enjoy our amazing local restaurants, bars, and casino or to just hang out in the water with friends. Enjoy the many events throughout the summer including car shows, bike night, bands in the park, parades, activities for kids, fireworks and so much more!

We have extra parking for trucks and trailers as well as four wheelers and snowmobiles for ice fishing or snowmobiling. We are 1/8th of a mile from the snowmobile trail. Enjoy a ride around the lake or take a ride to the famous Tugg Hill Plateau (30 miles).

We had a great time. Property is very close to Slyvan Beach. Dan was very friendly and accommodating We plan to return this winter for trail riding.Our only recommendations would be to maybe put a 2 person swing out in the dock area and have cornhole boards on site :).

Lovely location and property. Hosts quick to respond to any inquiry or issue. Blew a fuse while cooking dinner and fixed very quickly. Bait shop on site. docks available. Great stay!

Great location, it's on the lake with a nice view from the room. (see pic) The marina is nicely setup, with a couple of fire pits to enjoy. It was nice to see children playing on the property (safe!) If you have a boat you can dock it there and also they have a boat landing to use. If we go back I would like to stay in one of the cabins, they looked very nice also.

Nice but something is missing.

It's very clean and looks newly renovated/well kept and the hosts were very nice and helpful. On the other hand when we arrived the beds had no sheets, blankets, or pillows and we weren't told if there would be any, we happened to have our own blankets and pillows with us so we didn't have to ask the hosts but I am not sure if that stuff is available. It is on the second floor above the check in office, there is no air-conditioning and the small fan did very little, also the spiral stairs to the bathroom are steep and narrow and may be difficult for some people. It is a great place to stay if you are interested in boating/fishing. There are other single-floor cabins on the property but I don't know if they're listed on here.

Had an awesome time at Dan and Tammy’s lake cabin. Woke up to beautiful sunrise. Check in and check out was easy. Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful location, cute cabins

My parnter and I spend a weekend on the lake here and had a great time. We rented some jetskis and visited some breweries. The hosts of the cabins were really nice and helpful, and the cabin was clean. The spiral staircase is cool but very narrow, just a warning, as it separates the bathroom downstairs from the sleeping area upstairs. But as long as you're careful it's not a big deal! Great place overall and would recommend it!

Very well cared-for and thoughtfully equipped. I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a cabin on Oneida Lake for a family vacation more interested in boats and fishing and quiet than tanning and swimming.
