Welcome to Oakwood Lodge & Cottage, a family friendly, one-of-a-kind mountain estate just a few blocks from the village. This is a truly walkable neighborhood with everything close by. Both homes feature a cozy art and music-inspired decor with Idyllwild's Jazz inthe Pines artwork and old-school record collection displayed throughout.

Oakwood Cottage has been a guest favorite for years, with a strong track record of 5-star stays. Oakwood Lodge is newly open to guests for the first time, with the same great superhosts. Together, these two homes make the perfect setup for family retreats and making memories together!

Oakwood Lodge is a beautifully updated mountain home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The heart of home is the warm and welcoming new kitchen/lounge addition, with space for everyone to gather for family meals, including double ovens, dining table, fireplace lounge with Lily Rock mountain views and TV with Roku. The spacious downstairs living room features an original flagstone wood-burning fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, TV with Roku, and record player. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a full bath, and a bonus lounge with a daybed and TV with Roku. A private downstairs mini-suite offers another bedroom with en suite full bathroom.

Oakwood Cottage is a recently built, modern mountain-chic home. Music lovers enjoy the digital piano, guitar and record player. The huge upstairs master suite (modern half bath + mountain views) features a comfy king bed with Tempurpedic mattress, loveseat, upholstered rocking chair and workspace. Downstairs includes a full kitchen, new full bath with walk-in shower, dining area with hand-crafted bear sculpture table, living room with two sleeper sofas, new gas fireplace with remote, and TV with Roku.

Enjoy the expansive outdoor entertainment area complete with a basketball court which doubles as a kids' play area for riding toys, lounge seating, dining tables, BBQ, gas firepit, and cozy night lighting strung overhead. Basketballs, sleds and toddler riding toys are provided. Perfect for family gatherings, snow play, or relaxing under the stars.
