Our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1st floor condo with Year-Round Indoor Pool access is the perfect home base for your Smoky Mountain adventure.

Located in the Summit of Gatlinburg, you’ll be just 10 minutes from everything Gatlinburg has to offer: Ober Mountain (skiing, snowboarding, ice skating), Hiking in the GSM National Park, Downtown Gatlinburg shops, restaurants & attractions, Anakeesta adventure park & so much more!

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed into an open living and dining area, complete with a charming reading nook by the window. Spend the evening snuggled up in front of the crackling wood-burning fireplace, unwind with a puzzle or quiet game, or simply relax with a movie on the smart TV. The queen sleeper sofa offers additional accommodation for two individuals. Guests can also breathe in the crisp mountain air while relaxing on the private balcony adjacent to the living room.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience, featuring a Keurig/coffee pot combo, toaster, Ninja blender, hand mixer, spice rack, pots/pans, and baking sheets. We’ll get you started with K-Cups, coffee stirrers, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and paper towels. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a cozy night in, you'll have everything you need to create delicious meals.

The primary suite features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a smart TV for your favorite shows, and an attached private full bathroom for added convenience and privacy.

Our second bedroom features a cozy queen bed and smart TV.

No need to share a bathroom or stress about getting ready for a day out. There is a second full bathroom (shower only).
