Elegant, family friendly home in sought after gated community, minutes from Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, nature, beach and everything that OC has to offer. Right outside the home is a walking path for wonderful morning or evening strolls. The home has been remodeled by an LA celebrity designer, and has been upgraded with a beautiful iridescent all tile saltwater pool and spa. The landscaping was recently redone, and the back yard has outdoor furniture, 2 lounges, and 2 dining tables that seats 4 and 8 respectively.

The home has 5 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is inspired by the Montage Hotel Beverly Hills Presidential suite, with everything redone from new hardwood floors, to electric silk curtains, a new fireplace and a king size Hästens bed.

The other 3 upstairs bed rooms have organic wool beds, 1 twin, and 2 queen size beds.
Upstairs is also a yoga room with dvd player and built in speakers. This room is also the children's favorite playroom!

Downstairs is the 5th bedroom with a queen bed, the dining room and the remodeled music room which has the M model Steinway, a gorgeous silk rug, electric drapes and built in speakers.

We are a Swedish family of 5, with 3 daughters ages 13 to 18, and this is our primary home. When you come to our home you might figure out that we love the Lord and we're very health conscious, as you find lots of vegan cookbooks, bibles and other Christian and exercise books and dvds. You might also notice the beds as well as sheets and towels in the house are organic, there is no microwave oven etc.

Why they chose this property

Before we moved to OC we used to come here for vacation every year for over 10 years, usually finding a home to rent from here on VRBO! There were certain things that we were always looking for when renting a home:
That is has a pool, beautiful views, a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood, close to the beach, shopping and all kinds of service and cultural events, that it is updated, clean and in great condition. Needless to say, this house that we decided to buy has all these qualities and more!

We hope that you will love this house and location as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

As we've been upgrading the house with new floors downstairs as well as a new kitchen, we also put in a new whole house water filtration system, from the same installer as the one who put in the Water Brewery's system. No need to go to buy the best quality water - it comes straight out of the tap and you'll shower in it every day!
