2 bedroom fully equipped condo located on the ground floor, near the beautiful Lake Memphremagog.
This condo is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. An extra bed (sofa bed) is available in the living room. The condo is very well lit by its position on the corner of the building.
Patio-terrace (2x), BBQ, air conditioning, natural gas fireplace, dishwasher, DVD, internet, washer-dryer, bedding, towels, everything is included.
You are within walking distance of the beautiful Lake Memphremagog Beaches, downtown and all its tourist attractions and nature with a good walk to the cherry path. Mont Orford is less than 10 minutes away. The place is quiet, relaxing and close to all services.

Really one of the best situation between the city and nature.

Lovely stay

The location was excellent, close to hiking, wineries and fromageries. Luc was very helpful and gave us lots of tips on things to do in the area. The condo was very clean and well set up with everything we needed.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Great location! Communication with owner was great and even a quick response to a question on operating the TV. Would definitely stay here again if travelling in the area.

Quick spa getaway.

Condo was just a few minutes from the Nordic Spa Station where we planned to spend one day. Perfect location and very clean. Our contact was very friendly and helpful in explaining how to use certain amenities in the home and what we needed to do before we left. Would definitely stay again.

90th birthday trip

This condo was quiet, comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed to be a wonderful home away from home during this family trip. Luc was helpful and responsive. The wine was a nice treat to toast our Dad's 90th birthday in his hometown. We'd love to come back.

Amazing Property!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this beautiful Magog property! The condo was spotless and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. Luc was very helpful and was always available for any questions that we had. The property is in a great location, just a short distance to downtown Magog, and a 10 minute drive to amazing skiing at Mont Orford. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to be back someday.

Great location for our biking explorations

This was a fun condo to stay at - perfect for our 2 couples to be separate and yet together. The World Triathlon competitions put a definite krinkle in my hopes to enjoy the town of Magog, tho it was fun to peddle thru the middle of the action. (The last time we were in Magog (2019?), the entire town was under construction.)

Great Condo in Magog

We enjoyed our two night stay at this well-equipped condo. Everything was as mentioned in the ad. We used the barbecue on the patio and it worked well. The fireplace would not start but Luc came right over and replaced the batteries in the control. The condo is in a very quiet residential area well back from the street but very convenient to access by car stores and the lovely park by the lake.

Lovely apartment in beautiful surroundings

We enjoyed our stay at Luc's apartment in Magog very much. The apartment is lovely--light and comfortable and scrupulously clean. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. Luc is a wonderful host. He met us when we arrived and took care to show us all around the apartment, and then gave us lots of good suggestions for places to visit/eat/shop. It's an easy walk into town and there are lots of lovely walks near the lake. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Abbaye de Saint-Benoît-du-Lac and walking in the marais de la rivière aux cerises. A perfect place to stay.

Great property and host

Luc is an excellent host and the accommodations are very comfortable and well-appointed as well as close to the Mont Orford ski hill. He gave us a great tour around the condo so everything was easy to find and he told us about the local sites, favourites and necessities (grocery stores etc). There is a binder with lots of information as well. We appreciated some of the family board games that were available. He was very accessible by text and communicated quickly if I had a question. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Propriété très accueillante, 2 salles de bain, très propre et proposant beaucoup de commodités, à 5 minutes de la plage, 20 minutes du centre-ville de Sherbrooke, 45 minutes du zoo de Granby, un must pour la famille. L'hôte est très réactif et répond rapidement à toutes les interrogations.

Wonderful Place

We loved this property, and the host was the absolute best. The condo is within walking distance of the town, beach and walking/bike path. It has a kitchen you can cook in like you are home. All the appliances, gadgets, pots, pans, utensils, and spices. Plenty of room and a good amount of storage. We spent six weeks here and never felt cramped. There is also an outdoor shed for bikes. We bbq'd and ate out on the porch. The area is quiet and not alot of traffic, but close enough to walk into town. Our host was the best. He was informative, helpful in negotiating the area and full of advice about the best places to visit and shop. While not being at all intrusive he made sure we had everything we needed and was having a good time. Have no hesitations about recommending this place for long or short stays. We hope to come back as soon as we can.
