This colorful apartment has a 55 inch smart TV and a quality sofa bed. The furnishings are high end! The crimson red sofa is Restoration Hardware, the bed is CB2 and the sofa bed is from Room and Board. The apartment is one of three apartments on a 70 foot private beach that is only for the three apartments. There is a firepit on the beach, kayaks, and life jackets for you to use. The kitchen has full sized appliances, and it is, fully stocked with pots and pans
The apartment is a 1 bedroom 1-bathroom middle unit of a single-story building with 3 apartments total. The property was recently purchased and beautifully refurnished. The location is in the center of Onekama village with shops and restaurants in both directions. The property includes:
- The entrance to the apartment is from the driveway.
- The living room is broken up into 2 rooms with a pull out couch at one end and a long couch and new TV and the other end.
- There is a dining room with 2 chairs
- The kitchen has full sized appliances.
- The bedroom has a large 8 foot closet.
- The bathroom has bath tub with a shower.
- The property includes two other apartments.
- The beach has two firepits, the firepits and 70 foot lake access beach are shared only with the other apartments at this location. This is a private beach (not a public beach) which is hard to find on Portage Lake!
- The property includes kayaks, and life jackets that can be used by the guests of the property.
- Onekama is on Portage Lake that has a channel connecting it to Lake Michigan. The lake is spring-fed and very clear.
