Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the beds as they are! Place used towels in bin by laundry, if wet- hang over washer door.
Put all trash in tied bags ONLY in rolling bin at back of house. Thursday? Place bin on the opposite side of the driveway from the mailbox. Please bring all cushions inside.
AC to 77 degrees. Heat to 65. Check back door is bolted, return lockbox key if used. Press Yale button to lock front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It was easy to find, access, park and stay in. All necessities were provided and the spaces were comfortable. The front porch and back deck were great assets for fresh air and group conversation.
