Welcome to Zoey's Retreat! Prime location. Bright & airy well-appointed home in the heart of Bonita Springs. Our private duplex has many upgrades featuring a private screened in fully renovated pool only accessible by our guests, and can be heated for an additional fee. Master bedroom has a comfortable king bed & work desk and a fully renovated custom tile shower. Guest Room has a comfortable queen/twin bunk bed ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. Electric reclining leather sofa and love seat. Reclining leather stress-less chair. Along with amenities: BBQ, AC, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers, Keurig machine, Mr. coffee, Roku TV's in all rooms. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella with sand anchor, cooler, and everything else you might need to ensure you have a pleasant and memorable stay. Enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms equipped with showers and a bathtub. 4 miles to beautiful beaches with jet ski & parasailing. 2 minute walk to historic Riverside Park where you can see events, rent a bike or kayak along the imperial river. Very short walk to downtown Bonita where you can visit Sugar Shack, the Wonder Gardens, Rooftop at Riverside, the Historic Shangri-la resort, Survey Cafe, Chartreuse Cocktail lounge, Downtown Coffee and Wine. Please make sure all lights are off including the pool light and string lights around the pool.
Please make sure all windows and doors are locked with the exception of the front door nob bottom lock (this must be kept unlocked)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
