This house was one of the best rentals we have stayed at. We had a family gathering last minute while we were all in the Phoenix area and the host was great at accommodating our last minute request. The home is super clean, bigger than it looks and feels well updated. Both the kids and adults got a kick out of the design and all of the fun stuff they have put into the home including the games both indoor (Pacman machine, pool table) and outdoor (Bocci ball).We had a group of 14 with everyone from infants college students to folks in their 60's and everyone was able to find a comfortable bed to sleep in. The mattresses all seemed plush and much better than some of the run of the mill ones we have found in other rentals. The 4 private bathrooms made giving everyone their own space super easy and the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook our own meals although we didn't really need to since we were close to both Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe.The outdoor space is much bigger than it looks in the photos and we had enough space to lounge around, have outdoor meals and have everyone in the pool and hot-tub area at once.Overall, super happy with this rental. We'll definitely book it every time we're in the area with a group.
