The Space
Welcome to your home away from home! This bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse with a cozy loft offers all the comforts of home and the charm of a coastal retreat. Downstairs – Relax & Dine

Living Room:
Unwind in the open living space featuring a 65″ Roku TV, electric fireplace, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. Cozy up for a movie night or enjoy a quiet evening after a day in the sun.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals — including a blender for frozen drinks and smoothies. Enjoy your morning brew at the Coffee & Tea Bar stocked with ground coffee, assorted K-cups, teas (regular & decaf), sugar, creamer, and honey.

Bedroom 1:
Peaceful queen room with a new memory foam mattress, 43″ Roku TV, sound machine, walk-in closet, dresser, and built-in charging ports.

Bathroom 1:
Convenient full bath stocked with essentials — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and plenty of fresh towels.

Laundry Room:
Full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Beach gear provided, including beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and a sunshade for easy beach trips.

Loft Area:
A cozy, fun retreat perfect for extra guests or kids. Includes an XL twin bed, futon, desk, 40″ Roku TV, and PS2 gaming console with classic games. You’ll also find beanbags, books, puzzles, cards, and board games for family fun.

Parking
Two dedicated parking spaces are located directly in front of the townhouse — plenty of room for two vehicles or a small boat/trailer.

Guest Access
Guests have full private access to the entire townhouse and fenced backyard.
Smart lock entry makes check-in simple and contact-free.

For safety, a doorbell camera is installed at the front walkway only (no interior cameras).

Smart lock self check-in

Occupancy:
Maximum of 6 guests
Registered guests only; no unapproved visitors or parties. No 3rd party bookings.
Responsible booking person must have an updated complete profile and provide pic of ID within an hour of booking. With longer stays (month or longer) we do require IDs for all over 21. Spring Breakers must provide IDs and at least 21 for everyone on the reservation. This is HOA policy.

Pets:
No pets, service animals, or emotional support animals, due to severe family allergies (strictly enforced)

Smoking:
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside or outside the home
You may smoke in the backyard, ashtrays are provide.

Noise & Neighborhood:
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please respect neighbors and HOA guidelines

Security:
Security camera monitors front entry only (no interior cameras), located by the front door

Safety:
Fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit on site

Lastly, welcome to Florida’s Gulf Coast! In addition to our beautiful beaches and sunshine, the nature, trees and our climate can sometimes draw unwelcomed insect visitors like palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, flies, bees, wasps, etc. Other wildlife you may encounter are raccoons, possums, foxes, coyotes and yes the occasional black bear. We make every effort to prevent them, by way of regular pest control. However, if you see any, feel free to evict them, or let us know, and we will be happy to re-treat.

Of course, a great way to prevent them, is to not welcome them in the first place. So, do not leave doors and windows opened and do not feed them by leaving crumbs or food out. And, please understand that we do our part, with regular pest control and will not issue refunds for such an instances.
