Modern Cottage in the heart of downtown Pensacola.NOTE: THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN PROGRESS ON THE LOTS NEXT TO THIS PROPERTY. There will be activity associated with building houses ongoing until approximately May of 2025. Phoebe's Place 2 was constructed in March 2018, and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fenced-in back yard, large patio with large patio cover and a large front porch.  The Kitchen is fully-equipped with cookware, utensils, blender, hand mixer, toaster, stainless steel microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. 1 King and 2 Queen Bedrooms are all on one level with 2 bathrooms, kitchen / living room, and laundry room. Extra wide drive gives you off street private parking.  This cottage is just 5 blocks walk to Historic Downtown Palafox Street and countless fantastic restaurants.  It's close to the Wahoo's baseball stadium, and just 8 miles to Pensacola Beach!

We were visiting the Pensacola area to attend my brothers Navy Winging ceremony, and our stay was made that much better thanks to our stay. The rooms were tidy and clean; the house had ample space for all 4 of us staying there. The house itself was located close to many of the local places, but still in a quiet spot in town where we could relax. It was great place to stay for our visit and provide my family and I a much needed home away from home during our trip.

The house was very well equipped with everything one could need - and even some stuff they didn't realize they'd need, like a TOWEL WARMER! :DWe are locals, so we weren't here for "the beach", but there were lots of 'Beach Needs' available.Check in/out was super easy. The home was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. All creature comforts were available. The Host thought of everything a guest might need. This was a wonderful part of our mini vacation to Pensacola. Everything was easy and the house is nice, immaculately cleaned and roomy. We even discovered a beautiful patio and yard in the back. If we come again this is my first choice! Also close to downtown area. You can walk there.

I am from Nashville Tennessee and I had a vrbo listing in Nashville and decided I wanted to do one in an area that I could come and enjoy a vacation myself so I chose Pensacola. Pensacola reminds me a lot of Nashville and you get the benefit of having a beach nearby. I love Pensacola and I wanted to share my home so that people could experience Pensacola in a home that was given a lot of tlc and attention to comfort.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in the hip up and coming downtown area of Pensacola which has a vibe similar to my home town of Nashville Tennessee. What I really love is the close proximity to the downtown restaurants and being 8 miles from Pensacola Beach. You can enjoy dinner at the Bay and daytime fun in the sun at the beach.
