Welcome to your COLORADO home! It's your perfect home base while visiting Colorado Springs. This 2500 sqft home has a ranch style floor plan with only 1 set of stairs down to the finished garden level basement that has lots of natural light. Tastefully decorated and fully furnished with comfortable furniture. The large kitchen is fully stocked and ready to make home cooked meals. Try a game of air hockey or watch HBO! Fully fenced backyard with deck, concrete patio, outdoor seating and BBQ propane grill. There's even a playhouse/swing set for kids to enjoy.

Note: There are security cameras on the exterior of the home.

Why they chose this property

We recently purchased this property to fill a need for furnished short term, vacation rentals in this area. We spent 3 weeks remodeling this house mostly by ourselves in order to make it a home that we would want to stay in with our children and relatives. It's a great, family friendly neighborhood. We live nearby and have become very fond of the North area of Colorado Springs and we hope you do too.
