There is a private backyard with patio, fire pit, gas grill and a two car attached garage. High speed Wifi (150 mbs) & Cable TV provided in living room, master bedroom, and lower level. NO PETS, NO SMOKING.
Located just 3/4 mile from Cottonwood Creek Park and Recreation Center. The park is a 77 acre award winning community park providing picnic tables, slides and swings playground, snow sledding, four soccer fields, three softball/baseball fields, tennis courts, in-line hockey court, disc golf course, and walking/running paths. The recreation center is a YMCA facility with an indoor pool and fitness center, and is available to the public on a pay-per-day basis.
Perfect for Air Force Academy graduation and events, it is just 12 minutes from the South Gate entrance off I-25.
The home is centrally located so that going north, south, or west you are only 20-30 minutes away from so much that Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the Gods Park, Old Colorado City, Flying W Ranch, Rockledge Ranch, Air Force Academy, 4 additional bases incl. Peterson Air Force Base, The Broadmoor Hotel, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Fort Carson, Pikes Peak and Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
Grocers, shopping, and restaurants are only a few minutes away. 10 minutes to UCCS.

Why they chose this property
We chose this home specifically and very intentionally for a vacation home! We passed up dozens of homes in our search for just the right one, close to such a large park, in an easily accessible part of town not far from tourist attractions, with room for plenty to sleep! We are confident you will feel at home in this getaway.
