"Over the Top" is a stunning beach home sitting on a bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Located in the gated community of Destiny East, it sits on the largest lot in the neighborhood with ample parking for reunions or a small wedding party. This gulf view home has large decks on two levels with ample seating at all Polywood bistro tables. The outdoor living space is among the best you will find in any beach home for large family groups!
The oversized pool and waterfall are completely redone with new plaster and tile as of 2023. The pool deck furniture is all Polywood chaise lounges and tables with an outdoor Summer kitchen close by. You will bask in the sun poolside while enjoying views of the gulf for your vacation enjoyment!
Once you enter the sliding doors from the pool, you have a game room with full size pool table and bar. Watch all the latest games or movies on the 55" inch TV. A full refrigerator and wet bar is close to the pool so there in no need to go upstairs for beverages or refreshments while bathing at the pool. There is a grill on the first floor pool deck to cook up your meals around the pool. The full kitchen is on the second full for evening dining and entertaining with outdoor seating on the balcony. Sleeping arrangements on the ground level include a King Suite, and Queen Suite and a Custom Built Bunk Room with 3 Queen/Queen beds!
On the second floor is a modern, open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This luxurious main living space is bathed in natural light during the day and features intricate, high-end details that pull together the perfect space to relax with company or entertain. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island that also serves as a breakfast bar with seating for two. Perfect for conversations while cooking! The formal dining area offers gulf views and seating for 8. There is additional dining space for 6 guests by the outdoor kitchen on the balcony. For sleeping arrangements on this floor there are 2 King Suites. Each King Suite on this floor includes a private bathroom
The third floor is mostly encompassed by the magnificent Master King Suite. This expansive room is a marvel featuring a living area with fireplace; two huge walk-in closets; and a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Completing this spectacular master king suite is the private balcony. A Queen Suite is also available on this floor and features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and private full bathroom.
“Over the Top” is within walking distance to beachfront restaurants and the Destiny East Community Center which offers a large pool, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking/pet path, large playground, grilling/prep station, and private movie theater!

Beach Access- Guests will enjoy their beach experience at the expansive public beach located by the restaurant The Crab Trap.
This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months. * No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older except for children in families.
Weddings/Events – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. This home has public beach access. *Events for this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa County in addition to the Beach Reunion event fee. *
Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs. with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay. *Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. *
Low Speed Vehicle Rentals: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger LSV's, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! Reserve Today and Save!
Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a standalone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.*

We are a boutique business with vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida. We also have a coastal collection of smaller homes and a group of gulf front condos.
Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Destiny by the Sea, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Dr.
Our collection of large homes feature beautiful swimming pools, summer kitchens, media rooms, custom bunk rooms and king suites with private bathrooms. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.
In 2018, we entertained over 15,000 guests in our 40 properties and over 100 weddings. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for five to ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.
