The pool and hot tub were wonderful and heated! The property was clean and perfectly situated right next to the beach. All the rooms were a good size and the en suite bathrooms were quite nice. The property absolutely needs another fridge, at least a beverage fridge, we had issues with the oven, and pictures were not 100% accurate to the downstairs pool area. The rental agency was responsive, but did take a bit of time to respond prior to the visit, however when we actually were at the property they were extremely responsive to any needs. They provided plenty of towels, which was great, but they do need more chairs for the beach and umbrellas. Overall a great stay!

The house was beautiful and in a great location. We had 12 people staying and everyone had their own space. The beds were ok. Would have loved to have another fridge for drinks since we had so many people/food. We had an issue with the stove and the property manager was responsive and started working on the problem right away. Tom was super friendly and responsive to our needs. The beach is less than a 5 min walk. They had a wagon and multiple beach chairs/toys available for the kids. The pool area is amazing and private/clean. We enjoyed the upper deck for many beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Publix is a mile down the road and there are multiple shops/ restaurants nearby. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to come back and stay again. The house met our expectations and everyone was impressed and happy!
