We really enjoy the pool and the large kitchen on the 3rd floor. There was a small issue with the ac in one of the units, but we were able to get it fixed with some help from the host.Great place to enjoy with the family. This was our fourth stay and we will be back.

The location was amazing. It was close to the beautiful beaches. We have a large family, and each individual family had its own suite. This allowed for little ones to nap when necessary. There were also large enough spaces for the entire family to gather together. The hosts were very responsive to our requests. We spent many hours playing in the pool, which was especially nice for the little ones. There are several shops near by for groceries and other items. We would definitely rent again.

Best rental ever. Came here for a spring break highschool baseball tournament. Stayed in this awesome house with 4 families. It was perfect. Comfortable, spacious, so close to the beach and grocery. Will stay here again!

Our group of 21 had a fantastic time at Family Tides! We stayed for a week in July 2026, our group ranged in age from 5 yo all the way up to 70! The house was the perfect set up for a large group with kids & adults of all different ages. The suites had everything we needed & more, the main floor gathering area was perfect & the outside was amazing. We spent lots of time out there, relaxing & in the pool! The garage has everything you need for the beach & speaking of the beach, it is literally a couple minutes walk away! The house is also very close to Publix, CVS, Walgreens, beach stores & numerous restaurants. Communication was also top-notch! We had to reach out about a couple things, nothing major, just a blown fuse, needed new propane tanks...they responded quickly & took care of whatever we needed. This is our second time visiting AMI, I definitely plan on going back & I would 100% stay in this house again. Thank you guys for everything!

Great for all ages. Easy walk to beachFamily reunion: Spent hours in the pool. Plenty of many chairs and chaise lounges. Littles loved the on-site play area. Parents appreciated the fences around both the play area and grounds, so littles couldn’t “escape”, LOL. EVERYTHING was provided: ample kitchen supplies, beach towels – which we could wash with the on-site laundry. Had everything needed for the beach: sand toys, plenty of chairs, and a wagon to transport them. Beach is so close, just cross the street and walk through a short path. Televisions throughout, including in common areas. WE LOVED this home!!

Family Tides was perfect for our group of 23. The location is great. We were just a short walk to the beautiful beach, grocery store, and shopping. The pool area is fantastic! Lots of room to hangout. Plenty of seating. The grills are also a plus! It was nice to have a hot tub for the early mornings and evenings. The house itself was very clean and nicely decorated. The large room off the pool area was nice for us to gather at. The garage was stocked with beach accessories-wagon, chairs, umbrellas and more. The host was great to work with. We absolutely would recommend this property. Our stay was very enjoyable!
