Villa of 17th century located on the top of a hill close by the medieval Verdelli castle 10 km from Montalcino (Brunello wine). Surrounded by 2 Hectars of Olives trees and wine yard. In the middle of the countryside , the villa offers a perfect stay to enjoy peace and quietness, trekking and biking around the most beautifull Tuscany landscapes. The beautifull beaches of Maremma are just 1 hour car distance.
Available with all kind of comforts, the villa has two floors. At the ground floor, a big kitchen&Dining area in front of a fireplace, a vast “salone” (typical countryside living room), a laundry room; the first floor; 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The villa is surrounded by a vast garden with BBQ, tables, parasols and laying chairs. A small independent house (dependence) on the side of the villa ; 2 single beds, bathroom and a kitchen. Fireplace and Wood Pizza stoven .
A place that meets the need of relaxing in total harmony with nature with the possibility of day trips
to neighbouring medieval villages (Montalcino, San Quirico, Pienza, Buonconvento) and well-known
thermal locations (Bagno Vignoni, Rapolano Terme).

Beautiful old Tuscan villa in the middle of wine country

Nicely situated cottage or villa in the heart of Brunella wine country. Easy access to both Montalcino and San Quirico. The house was well equipped to eat at home and the owner supplied us with some of her own local home made commodities (organic olive oil, flour, pasta, etc). We even had a bottle of Brunella waiting for us. A beautiful setting on nice grounds with an out door picnic table under the grape vines and a barbecue. Beautiful views of the surrounding Tuscan hills.
