This cozy retreat boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed with 3 twin beds and 1 twin bed downstairs off family room. With 2 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
There is a grill to use for a delicious family dinners
Games for the competitive group. The property also features a fitness area, with dart board &basketball arcade game.
Basketball hoop outside with basketball along with cornhole.

We really enjoyed our stay couldn’t ask for a better place for our family of 8.highly recommend this place. I will definitely stay again hopefully in the summer month to take advantage of the river in the back yard

With four of us, we loved that everyone had their own private bedroom, while the common areas were spacious and perfect for group lounging. The house was spotless, and the hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home.The location is a "best of both worlds" gem—peaceful and quiet with a stunning river view, yet just minutes from Elkhart. We had a blast grabbing a delicious meal at Flippin’ Cow and a fantastic morning spread at The Breakfast Factory on our way out of town.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located retreat. We’ll definitely be back!
