There is a grill to use for a delicious family dinners

Very peaceful neighborhood and is a great area to relax and watch the river views across the street. As well as the channel behind the property where you can fish between the property boundaries from edge of chain link fence over to tree and Rose of Sharon bushes.

What makes this property unique

Our quiet and safe neighborhood allows you the same comfort and safety feel as your own home and neighborhood! The beautiful views of the morning sunrise coming up over the river and trees with a cup of coffee in hand creates a grateful heart to be alive! The back of the property sits along the channel that gives you views of the swans and geese from the back patio and firepit area that comes with firewood to use free of charge. Fishing and kayaking are fun options too!
