Wonderful place to stay!

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The property was well maintained, secure and family friendly. It was just a short walk to the beach and the pools and hot tubs were great. Dawn was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay near the Beach

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our family of five. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras, including the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys, which were a big hit with our youngest child and made our beach days even more enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were excellent amenities, and we made use of them every day. The location was perfect (a few minutes from the beach) making it easy to spend plenty of time by the ocean.Dawn was a fantastic host and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Love it here!

We have rented here in the past and keep coming back. The condo has everything we need and all the attractions and shopping are close by. This unit is bright and airy, and we love the beach theme. The hosts checked in to see if we needed anything which was a nice personal touch! We’re looking forward to our next visit!

The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, however the spare bedroom beds could use some updating. The furniture was a little dated, but we didn't spend a ton of time in the condo. I really appreciated having two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The host also left us beach chairs which was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the ocation was perfect. Not too far from downtown St. Augustine and close to restuarants and the beach. The host was VERY responsive and I would highly recommend. Just update the beds in the spare bedroom. Or my son could just be picky. :)

Great location

We had a wonderful time. This is our second time staying in this resort. It is very safe and well maintained. Our unit had everything we needed except beach toys. Our boys were hoping for some things to take to the beach since our last condo had some but it wasn't a big deal since we only had one good beach day. We absolutely loved having a hot tub so close for nightly soaks. We will be back!

We’re especially grateful that this was your second time staying at the resort—choosing to return means a lot to us. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the resort safe, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you needed. While beach toys are not provided in this unit, we’re glad your boys were still able to enjoy their time at the beach, and we’re pleased the hot tub was a relaxing highlight for your evenings."

Great location and clean facility

The location was perfect for walking to the beach for the day or spending some time at the pool with the kids. It being in very close proximity to all the restaurants it made it easy to walk or drive. We had a great time in St. Augustine beach and really enjoyed our stay at the tennis and racquet resort.

Great St. Augustine Getaway!

Great location (just minutes from Old Town) with direct beach access. The condo was quiet and clean. Check in was really easy and the owner was very responsive via text. It was one of the more pleasurable VRBO experiences we've had. The next time we go back to St. Augustine we will definitely be booking here!

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in St. Augustine Beach! Everything was exactly as advertised and so very close to the water! My grandson fished for hours, inside the complex in the private ponds, as well as just a few minute walk to the ocean. Easy access to excellent restaurants, and historical sites. Host was extremely attentive to any questions we had, prior to our visit and while on site. It was a great choice!
