Took old friend hadnt seen in a while. We meandered around and ate well. He cant walk far so didnt use tickets but the condo was perfect for us. Location good, similar floorplan to others so each had his own space. Enjoyed balcony good temperature in spite of rain. Good time had by all.

We had a wonderful time here. We booked last minute after a different condo we had booked was not ready, and booking and checking in to this property went smoothly. The condo was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The property has an elevator, multiple staircases, and luggage carts available, accessing the condo and moving things in and out was so easy. The property is right on the beach and also close to some great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Several of them are within a walkable/bike-able distance. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend both the property and the management company (iTrip at the time of this review).

Condo was a great location with a comfortable layout. We loved the easy access to the pools and beach and having the balcony to sit on in the afternoons. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were easy to communicate with whenever we needed. Will definitely save this one for future trips!

This condo was perfect for our vacation! It was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked, and having the full-size washer/dryer in the unit was convenient and appreciated. The property and grounds are clean and well-cared for, including the pool area and beach walkway. The pool area could get pretty noisy, so we didn't get to enjoy the balcony as much as we would have liked in the evenings, but we were prepared for that with the layout of this building. Communication was great, we had no problems with the condo itself, and all instructions for check-in/check out were communicated clearly. We did take advantage of free entry to the Alligator Farm, and it was super easy to book and redeem.

The Perfect Vacation Spot

We loved the condo, the views from the balcony and the quietness to get away from it all. The people were friendly and the condo association employees helpful. The condo itself was spacious and so beautiful! The town was close enough to do day trips and be back for dinner. Lots of attractions if you are looking for adventure. We will be coming back!

What a beautiful condo! Just like pictures on Vrbo. The kitchen was well stocked, my only issue was Mr. Coffee was too small, I sent my husband out for coffee every morning (lol). We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony looking at the ocean. The property was well maintained enjoyed the 2 pools and the beach (thanks for the beach chairs & Umbrella)!. King Bed was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom was very nice, loved the tiled shower! I would definitely stay here again. Very short drive to the historic district. Anyone needs a good restaurant. The Raintree. Great food, drinks, atmosphere and service.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable, just as described. Lovely views and ocean breeze from the balcony; access to the beach was just several minutes away. We stayed mid week and it was a great little spot! Clean, well decorated and a FULLY stocked kitchen. The host really went above and beyond to make sure everything you need it there. Property has direct beach access and two pools, not heated but lots of chairs and well maintained. Quiet location and easy access to AIA and St Augustine Beach businesses. The historic town was an easy 10- 15 minute drive away and close to all stores (grocery, Walmart, liquor etc) Host was responsive and check in/out was a breeze.

Suprisingly Pleasant

We were a little skeptical when we made the reservation because we had not used the Villas and Home section of Marriott. Once we arrived, we found the condo comfortable, conveniently located and quiet. The balcony overlooks the pool area and the ocean. Highly recommended!

Place was nice. When I first arrived I didn’t think it would be nice because the entrance and parking lot it looked dated but the inside was well kept and the inside of the condo was nice. Beach access was easy and close. The pool was nice. The beds were not the most comfortable but I expect that. The pull out couch was good for kids. But for adults it was awful! TVs were good. I will say bring bottled water- do not drink the tap water it made us sick! I did appreciate there were a couple laundry detergent packs so we could do laundry. Host was super fast with communication. We will definitely stay again.
